Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the recording service (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company and set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, as well as other necessary matters.

1. "Service" means the voice recording and related functions provided by the Company.
2. "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service provided by the Company.
3. "Content" means all data created, uploaded, or shared by users through the Service.

1. These Terms shall be effective for all users who intend to use the Service.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws and regulations.
3. When the Terms are amended, the Company shall notify users of such changes through notices within the Service.

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • Voice recording function
   • Recording file storage and management
   • Recording file playback and editing functions
   • Any other services developed by the Company or provided through partnership agreements
2. The Company may modify the content of the Service and shall notify users when such modifications are made.

1. Users shall not engage in the following acts:
   • Misappropriating or improperly using another person's information
   • Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
   • Violating laws or these Terms
   • Infringing upon the rights of others
   • Publishing or posting obscene, violent, or otherwise socially unacceptable information
2. If a user engages in any of the acts described in the preceding paragraph, the Company may restrict the user's use of the Service or terminate the contract.

If a user violates these Terms or applicable laws, the Company may restrict the user's use of the Service or terminate the contract.

The Company strives to protect users' personal information. Matters regarding the protection of users' personal information shall be governed by applicable laws and the Company's "Privacy Policy."

1. The Company shall be exempt from liability for the provision of the Service in cases of natural disasters or other force majeure events.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any disruption in the use of the Service due to reasons attributable to the user.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of expected profits from the use of the Service, nor for any damages arising from materials obtained through the Service.

1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any disputes arising between the Company and users in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms shall take effect from January 1, 2025.
